I realize that WoD is a past expansion, but I think it deserves some attention to enhance its levelling viability. The gold cost point for garrison and facility upgrades is much too high for content that a character will only spend a few weeks levelling in. Gone are the days when players would be spending 2-3 years working to improve their garrisons and skills while awaiting the next expansion release. In particular the 5000 gold cost for a tier 3 garrison is especially jarring considering that it occurs at the same time that the character has to pay 4500-5000 gold for master riding. As it stands now, garrisons are a huge money pit, making WoD less appealing for character levelling. On the subject of professions, many profession-made pieces of equipment, especially weapons, rings, necklaces, and trinkets can’t benefit from relics of the past to make those items useful to characters. Profession-made level 44 items are instantly vendor or disenchat fodder as soon as they are produced. We need better relics of the past support for all WoD professions. As it currently stands, Legion or Battle for Azeroth are much better levelling options. Please consider enhancing Warlords of Draenor for character levelling.
I level pretty fast going through Draenor. I’ve leveled a few all the way I could through there.
I have ten alts who went in at 10 and have worked up to level 3 Garrisons which I funded, but have made many, many times that back with Card of Omens.
