Warlord Trophy Bug?

Received a Rival Warlord’s Trophy in this week’s PVP chest. I went to upgrade my Nortious Gladiator’s Staff (ilvl410) to the 435. It asks me if I am sure I want to upgrade this item and when I click yes nothing happens.

GM responded to my ticket saying that they’ve received numerous reports of this issue and it has been sent along to their quality assurance team. He said to also report it as a bug.
