So Sarthe said on his youtube channel locks are simming upwards of 850 dps in P2.

New DPS overlords are locks?

Warriors were like 720 dps.

Probably r1 rain of fire saves mana now for less tapping and they get ruin and conflag

If you don’t count faction-locked classes they are the least popular class. Maybe Blizzard is balancing at least partially around class popularity.
Hunters are everywhere and they got nerfed 6 times I believe.

Locks will be doing huge fire damage.

I’m fine with locks being DPS gods. They gotta deal with summons and health stones, and they never really had their day in the sun.

I think that’s hard to judge without even knowing if backdraft will be included or not.

What makes you think backdraft rune is in the game?

I don’t think it is, but it was data mined. If you look at the rune tab for warlocks, it says there’s only four missing right now. So it’s probably not in.

There is zero chance Warlocks will beat melee in Phase 2. Warriors will be top DPS by far a week on WCL a week into Phase 2, as it always is.

How about make them better tanks?
