By far the most reminiscent playstyle to Classic I’ve seen, having a void walker that tanks for you while you destroy everything in sight. I’m also topping scoreboards in PvP, so I’m definitely enjoying playing destro.

I am having fun on my Warlock too! He is replacing my BE mage as my Horde main bcz I’m just tired of it.
And the personal narrative I have for myself idk Warlock just seems so fitting for my personality maybe a mage was a bad fit after all…
But my Priest is my absolute fav so it’s my Alliance main but I donut think it matches my personality … maybe shadow but shrug I just like it

The idea of just draining life from enemies is rather satisfying I must admit. Imagine watching an abusive parent or bully just falling down weakened then you go forward in life leaving them as husk or in a soul stone

I like this concept with disc priests as well. Healing through damage is my all time favorite game mechanic

I think someone told me this one time in a thread that was bashing BFA and I was telling them I was having fun because I was doing lore master role playing my Sylvanas loyalist approach and helping the war effort across all zones! That was on my VE priest tho who was a Blood Elf… but I remain loyal to Sylvanas despite going Void!
I think I have niche interests that don’t match up with what most people are doing but I am desperately trying to enjoy the leveling of this guy but I also want to reach BFA to do the Loyalist quest line on him JUST IN CASE it gets shadow removed
I’ve been kind of sad missing Horde since I decided I do not have fun on my mage anymore, and my priest is Alliance now.
So I’m really enjoying this guy he brings out the power seeking narrative I want from a Blood Elf, (Blood Elves who remind me of House Lannister even down to their Sigil colors) and I am taking down the enemies of the Dark Lady through the Eastern Kingdoms rn! Probably do EK lore master, Northrend LM, Pandaria LM, WOD, and Legion then go into BFA and then backtrack to Outland and Cataclysm, and Kalimdor big oof!
Playing with Demo and Destro (switching) I play Shadow priest and Holy priest when I heal so idk if affliction is interesting to me or not, I do like the feeling of both specs maybe more so demo is fun for me right now. And we survive so much stuff!!! The only thing I miss is a mobility but I’m okay with not having it, I’m more so invested in my RP narrative.
Though I was sad to visit the warlock forum and have everyone saying how bad we are now but I suppose I do not know what we were before eh
Heh and this too! Fits nicely draining enemies of the Forsaken in their zones since all the quests are kinda borderline more evil narratives!
We are not bad. We reign when it comes to raids and PvP, specifically as destruction. I heard demonology fares well in M+ dungeons, so there’s that.
I think it’s mostly people I see saying Affliction and Demo aren’t what they used to be but again like you said Demo is said to be good in M+ and regardless I’m enjoying the class as well!

If Demo is your cup of tea, now is definitely the time. They are about to get a 5% buff across the board 
I’ve played a lock going on 12 years now. Not only do I love the dot system, but being able to play the game without help is such a great freedom.
I don’t know what you guys are on but dks are amazing in Classic. Clearly the class being represented as it should be like the currents devs want.
