Developers’ note: With the arrival of the new warlock pet customization system coming in Fractures in Time, we will deprecate the Glyph of the Observer customization. Our reason for this is to ensure that each demon retains a similar silhouette across all available customizations, so that each demon and the functionality or power they provide to the warlock is easily understood by other players as well as the warlock.

I second this, don’t take my floaty boy from me Blizz. Is it really that hard to make a new skin for him at least to keep him relevant without doing the lazy move of just deleting them? I mean you’ve already made my frost mage worthless for me now by taking away the water elemental so please Blizz don’t beat us warlocks too by taking away our floaty boys #savetheobserver

I have never really used it since I’m more of a succubus/shivarra fan but I’m sorry to all the other Warlocks that do use it and that this will cause a loss to because that’s not cool at all on Blizzards part.

You are probably right which just makes me disagree with this decision even more and hope that they won’t go forward with it given they shouldn’t be taking away customization options when they are supposed to be adding in more, actually if anything there should be more colors for the observer instead of it being removed.

I see no reason why Warlocks shouldn’t get a short quest that shows them how to command a demon, then let us go out and “tame” whatever demon we want. Put them into the categories that already exist, the same with how hunter pets have families.

Sounds like when they took away the abom DK ghoul skin. Removing stuff like this is sad.
