Heyz… So 18-19 years ago i had a level 70 with 55 days of game play…
it got scaled down to 45 then i said ill use a boost… then it took away shadow bolt for aff LOL meanwhile it says for AFF " masters of shadow" yet they take away shadowbolt at 50 i am guessing… yet its a talent point for that … lol
Genius Blizzard only gave shadowbolt to demonology … yet it was always 3 talents then 2 now 1 … aff needs it demonlogy does not… that’s worse then taking the AOE hellfire away years ago… why screw up everything? AFF only has drain life now… anyone else quit playing a lock for this reason ?? i try to play but its stupid when i hit 50-55 and shadow bolts gone!

i recall that! you would turn into a demon god for 30 secs or 45 secs and it was a tank for a bit!
you cast meta, and poof! you become a whole new class!
You can still use shadowbolt as aff if you don’t want to use drain soul.
I’m lost.
If it’s any consolation, demo’s playstyle is designed around casting shadowbolt as little as possible.

You took a talent that replaces it. 2/3 of Warlock specs can use it if you want to.

Drain soul is literally the talent. Taking it replaces it.

i did not know! because it doesnt tell me i am used to drain soul as just a spell that saves my day!
You can Drain Soul or Shadowbolt, can’t do both.
