My warlock Aralockara is on Realm Wild Growth is currently level 42. i have visited all warlock trainers, opened a ticket, removed all add ons ran the repair program. nothing is fixing the fact the trainers refuse to train me or give me said quest for warlock level 40 mount
maybe check if you accidently did it and its in your spellbook already?
it is kinda a do and forget quest.
if not go to ratchet and talk to the trainers there and go through any dialogue they have.
i did that as well and nothing in my spell book

i dont know if doing the runes or the books would really affect it but i suggest making an actual ticket then.
you wont find much help on the forums as we can only guess at things.

you dont have to as a warlock from what gms told me
Isn’t the lvl 40 one just purchasable from a trainer? Or do you have to go to barrens and talk to the warlock pet class guy
suppose to pick up a quest from either or if/sw lock trainer that tells you to speak to someone in the barrens and then you train from them the riding skill and summon horse
honestly i think its the guy right outside the building that you do the felpuppy quest from.
i am almost completely positive its that one.
should just talk to em and get the skill.
try the guy in ratchet who actually teaches you the mount
