Cant tell if this is a bug or intentional but the warlock appearance for their tier on ptr used to have the ghost hands coming out of the shoulders for the set, on any of the sets. Now its just for the Elite or Mythic sets which in my opinion sucks because the other sets were way better looking. Is this a bug with the other sets or are they really just for the elite versions now? @Blizzard change this if this is true please I want my red shiva arms on my lock.
