Wasn’t S2 the style that won for locks? All the conquest pvp gear seems to be the S3 version.
Am I just missing something?
It depends on which spec you’re talking about as each spec had their own vote.
That was for tier bonus not appearance I believe.
The PVP set wasn’t included in the vote. It was purely for the PVE tier set. All PVP sets are just using Season 3.
This wasn’t communicated at the time of the poll.

Oh, yes I misread. Yeah I’m not sure why the style was only for PvE, but I think that’s what happened.

Is there an official statement on that? Or just a speculation based on the outcomes?
Neither speculation or a statement.
Season 4 is live, we can look in game and see the Season 4 gear is the same as Season 3.
I mean bugs are quite common so I think it’s very fair to say it could be a bug
