Hi,
I’ve had 2 bugs with warlock runes in P3 SoD. First, I received the summon felguard rune by sending my explorer imp through a portal. After clicking it to learn it, the rune disappeared from my bags however I did not learn any new spells and it’s not showing in my rube tab of my character.
Second, I looted the three items required to learn immolation aura rune by killing mobs outside the incursion area. I combined the items to form the rune, but after right clicking them, the rune disappeared from my bags and the same thing happened - I did not learn the rune. I can no longer loot the required items from the mobs to try to recreate this. They do not drop anymore.
I’ve submitted two separate tickets about this as a loot problem and both have informed me that there are no issues seen (i.e., I should have the runes)… but I do not. I even turned off my UI addon but still do not have them anywhere. This was a number of days ago and they still have not appeared. Please help.
