I’m wanting to roll an alliance warlock casual alt. I’m in between night elf and dracthyr and maybe even human on account of I plan to dabble in bg pvp. Opinions please on to pick.

Dracthyr Warlock is pretty good, with the Mastery and the Gliding.
Void Elf is good, they have that spell pushback negation thing, and the void teleporty rift thing has been buffed - it is pretty dope.
Mechagnome is a good choice for the stat boost and the emergency heal.

For PvE, Human. For PvP, Night Elf. For a balance of both, Dracthyr.

Full tentacle hair.
Be what they fear.

That’s an odd pick if PvP is your aim. Just about every other race has a better PvP racial than the stun break, which I think shares some, if not all, of a trinket’s CD.
Escape Artist, Shadowmeld, GotN, Darkflight, Stoneform…just to name a few.
In your case, I’d say Night Elf because it’s pretty unique flavor wise and Shadowmeld is the bane of many a Horde PvPer. Including myself.
Night elf is the meta pick for PVP probably, but it doesn’t overly matter.
Eredar for flavor. Void elf if you want to annoy melee. Worgen is also good, since Darkflight stacks with movement now, you’ll basically be uncatchable with a Soulburn demonic teleport and darkflight up.
There is only one option. Dark Iron Dwarf. Not only do they look cool, with the molten beards, but also have very good racials.

If it’s in the warband with your gnome, human would be a better choice with the pirate theme. 
Draenei with the Man’ari skin tone is one of my favorite Warlock options. But if it’s between N.Elf and Dracthyr, I’d pick Dracthyr. Can make a cool looking Warlock with all their customization options. Like, black or purple scales with green eyes to really match up with the Fel theme.
