I started the quest chain for my character (Warlock) in Legion, to then obtain the class mount… On the way I ran into a bug with the NPC “Calydus”, quest “A greater Arsenal” where he asks me for the artifact “[Skull of the Man’ari]” which I have in my bag, but when I select the demonology specialization it doesn’t complete the quest… A friend told me that a few years ago he had a similar problem and when I sent a ticket he said " “edited” the affected quest… would this be too much to ask? Please!! I will continue to insist again and again.
Completely insane and irresponsible as a gaming company that they continue to ignore this. It’s been an ongoing bug for 4 years and not once has anyone offered a solution. They keep just saying they are working on it. I remember when gamemasters actually COULD do something. Now it’s just AI it seems that does absolutely nothing.
