The Destruction Warlock’s PVP Talent “Bane of Havoc” is not properly triggering with the talent “Mayhem” in PvP. It’s my understanding from a prior patch report there is supposed to be an 18 second internal cooldown from Mayhem triggering Bane of Havoc; however, the Bane of Havoc effect will not proc AT ALL when Mayhem is talented.
Please fix this.
