I hope it’s not an intended update and the tiny demons are a bug, cuz yep I do not like it either haha. I’ve seen another warlock’s succubus be goblin height and the wrathguard seems to be human height now…

Are you looking at a max level warlock demon? Level 10s for example have smaller demons just because they’re low level. I haven’t played a warlock recently, but I logged into my 70 warlock and the demons’ sizes looked similar to how I remember them. I tested felguard and voidwalker.

It may only be affecting the unlocked demons
Felguard and voidwalker is base
