With the release of 10.1.5 on July 11th/12th, Blizzard is releasing the minion customization options to give more flavor to warlocks and their pets.

However; in Mists of Pandaria, warlocks were able to have some kind of flavor added to their own personal image as in this expansion you were able to accumulate fire around you to show how many “embers” you had for Destruction, or how many Soul Shards you had by them floating over your shoulder without the need of a glyph, and a swirling soul storm around demo locks.

Has Blizzard ever considered returning them back to warlocks in tandem with other class visuals?

I wouldn’t mind blizz adding verdant spheres back and maybe a bloody red recolor.

They could add a glyph that gives you a fiery aura above your head and shoulders (with options of a green fel-fire or a purple demon-fire) every time you reach maximum soul shards.,
