I know I unlocked the red felhound on 1 of my warlocks yet another warlock cannot use the red felhound look. Are they sure warlock pet customizations are account wide? What is going on?
The red color for the Dreadhound is working for all of my Locks.
Are you receiving any error messages? Does the option just not show up at the Barber OR does it not work when you apply the customization?

it does not show up at the barber, it still shows its locked on 1 lock while the other lock is using it
That is rather odd. It should definitely be account-wide.
Would be best to move this post to the Bug Report forum, so Blizzard can be made aware.
