Something appears to be off with the nerfs, there was a 10% damage nerf from a hero talent and a 15% nerf from shadowbolt as well. Prior to the nerfs i was seeing shadowbolts for as high as 1.5m crits, post nerf im seeing crits around 300k -500k.
