So recently I’ve been leveling my warlock, and noticed that some of the appearances I know I have unlocked from legion are not showing up. This has been the only toon/class this has been a problem for me and I’m not sure what to do. I wanted to use the hidden appearance which I know I did unlock. As it would be extremely difficult to try and get it again at this point in time. Any advice helps!
You’re talking about transmog? Is your character a high enough level to use them yet? Because even though you have the appearance unlocked the level restrictions still apply.
I think you have to unlock them on every toon. However once you’re using a weapon in BfA I’m preeeeeeetty sure you can mog whatever you unlocked

Oh he means artifact appearances! I am a slow.
I don’t think this is true. My mage can wear all the cloth appearances my warlock did without having to loot it. Obviously not including class specific sets
Need more info. So this is a separate warlock alt you’re now leveling after previously unlocking the appearances during legion? Or is this the same character you’re now leveling into BFA content and don’t see it?
What level is it? Can you confirm on the original warlock (if it’s an alt) that the appearances were indeed unlocked? Where isn’t it showing up? At the altar or in the transmog tab?
If you’re trying to change the artifact appearance at the altar in the Warlock class hall, that’s permanently tied to the character it was unlocked on. However transmogging a non-artifact to an artifact appearance should be account/class wide.
Easy way to test:
1)Be level 98 or higher
2)Unequip your artifact
3)Equip a random green quality weapon or heirloom weapon(not a wand)
4)Go to the transmog screen and select artifacts from the drop down
5) Your unlocked appearances should be there including the hidden ones
I read “hidden appearances” and thought they were talking about the artifact weapon. Not just tier pieces

Hey sorry should of said artifact appearances my bad, hes 120 so they should be showing up, but their not and not sure why.
Are you using the Legion Artifact section to mog them? They won’t show up with other weapons, they have their own tab on the drop-down box where you pick the weapon type.
That changes in the pre-patch though.
Yeah, and I even just confirmed that the apperance I want to use is even unlocked. Whats odd though is one of them that is not unlocked on this new lock is showing up, but the others aren’t and I’m stumped as to why.
EDIT: Going to open a ticket about it and see what happens.
EDIT 2: I figured it out, once I got a dal hearthstone they showed up, guess having it is the trigger for them to appear for whatever reason? Completely bizarre but at least I can see them now haha.
