Instead of changing into a demon, have it be growing Guldan back spikes.
Many would be happy with the return of the MoP visuals (minus Meta) at the very least for all three specs; which could be a glyph that activates when in combat, still keeping it cosmetic.
R.I.P Mop Demo lock the best spec ever made in any video game.

If you do demonic stuff you can have a demonic shape. Etc.
I don’t play Demo, but I think it’s really silly to not have that transformation. It’s what the spec is all about. Could be a little different than DH’s, or even somewhat the same. So what? Both are going into demonic form. Duh. lol
So what if they have an ability that is very similar or even the same? It fits the spec well, and that is what should matter.
