I rolled a warlock. The imp’s name was Azpit. I mean… No ty omg.

It’s funny, I’ll give you that. I’m going for a slightly RPish vibe in my names. Just being picky for the Imp.

RP doesn’t mean no-humor, especially when it comes to the very non-serious things known as Imps.

Azpit is a great Imp name.

You get the imp so early, just delete and re-roll if you really want a different name. My boy Noktog is quite the little devil!

I’ve forgotten how many Warlocks I have rolled since 2004 & then deleted at some point due to the stupid random demon-pet names. I finally just decided not to ever play a Warlock.

Protip- if you change your game language settings before turning in the quest and summoning it, you can get an asian character name for your pet

I like one of my warlock’s imps - Dagtog. I inevitably think of it as dogtag. (And then I have a voidwalker Zangnagma, and all I can think is Gangnam Style.)

EDIT: The other lock’s pets are not as fun, Nalrot and Jhazgarth.

But it also provides some type of mystery to other players. Kind of like how the average Azerothian would not be able to understand any texts on fel magic.

Makes no difference if sacrifice spec’d. They are up for about 2 seconds before being a buff icon. 7/21/23 or 9/21/21 has been my spec for months now.

Funny story. My spouse and I leveled our warlocks together and when we summoned our felhunters we got Pryyruun and Pryyzhum. We consider them littermates. :dog: :dog:

Correct, but as sacrifice spec you still get to have a buff AND a demon.

Infernal / Doomguard / Mad Servant (zg enslave) do not remove the buff :slight_smile:

Sadly they don’t stay around for long :frowning:

I had two stupid lock names once. Imp was nukpad, or something similar. The void was kragthang.
