im lvl 10 and for some reason my imp won’t ever attack anything i have reset all my settings to default but c-1 always blinks red and my imp never get engaged or engages in attacks. any help?
Just a thought, you sure he isnt set on passive or something that would otherwise not make him attack?
nope i have even put him on aggressive he could care less
Make a macro with /petattack on it.
On aggressive, pets should attack mobs at random.
In the other two modes, they have to be commanded to attack. (in Help they also attack if their master is hit too).

Sounds like you have an addon interfering with it, the Imp works just fine under normal circumstances
no he just does nothing ever no matter what.
Maybe I can help you… though you will likely need to wait for some time to try this out considering all the servers are being DDoSed, but that’s another topic! Try deleting or at least dragging the Cache and WTF folders to your desktop (in case this fails you have backups) and then try launching the game. They can both be found in the installed directory in the folder called classic. You’ll lose all of your macros, keybindings, video and audio settings and maybe even your addon settings, but this may also fix your problem. These folders should recreate themselves in their respective locations with default settings the next time you try to log in
Right click his fireball spell on the bar. if its got the glowy sparkle effect then he will use it automatically. If you have it turned off he will just sit there doing nothing since he doesn’t melee.

In your spell book click the demon tab at the bottom and drag and drop the imps fireball skill back on his bar.
