Warlock gear question

Crit matters in raiding when you run something like SM/Ruin or DS/Ruin and you want to proc Shadow Vulnerability off Shadowbolt crits. However, it’s a dangerous stat to have because crits cause a ton of threat and warlocks have threat issues.

Spellpower is a better boost to your damage damage and threat management and should be top priority. Hit is next, but it’s limited in phase 2 so you can’t get much. Crit is next in raiding, then Stam, then Int.

Ogre staff from DM is the best I have seen pre raid bis.

Felcloth shoulders are 10G and the best thing available to you for awhile.

Yes, I can make them with my 300 Tailoring. I happen to like the look of the shoulders I’m wearing better, so I wear them when I don’t need uber-DPS. Which is most of the time in the open world. The OP was asking about leveling gear, and you’re being a gear snob around high end raiding.

I was siting your gear after you were telling him he would need to farm fire Resist for raiding. Your statement is untrue and I used your itemization as an example.
