Are warlocks any good in raids?
Depends on the player. I watch 3 in heroic/mythic raids and 1 always tops everyone else, the other 2 are middling with the rest of us.
Warlocks are insanely good in raids. Period. Dungeons is a hard call, but simple answer to your question is yes.
Warlocks can be good in raids and dungeons just like all classes can be good in raids and dungeons. It depends on what your definition of good is. If you mean “Top of the charts omg lolololol” they can do that depending on the player comp and raid comp. If you mean are they fun and challenging? Once again they can be depending on how you play it and if you like the play style. Remember Warlocks have no baseline interrupt. So you will be dependent upon a pet for that. We do bring health stones which is nice. Depending on the spec there is a ramp up time for damage to actually come to fruit. But I mean they can be “Good” just like they can be “fun”.
Also another thing to note about dungeons is that with M+ the affixes kind of affect what classes are “Good” in certain situations. So some weeks Warlocks are great for M+. Other weeks you wouldn’t want to take a warlock unless there was no other choice. Granted this is all talking about pugging not guild groups.

Warlocks are consistently good in raids, very few times we are bad as a whole and even then all raid groups want at least one warlock because of lock rocks and portals.
And i mean not only in BFA, Legion warlocks also performed very well, with the exception of Trial of Valor.

If you want you can also check WOD where we also performed well with the exception of highmaul.
On Dungeons, you can make do with Demonology, it has solid damage but lacks a interrupt due to pet restrictions on talents or Destro also solid damage for dungeon but on a CD and can freely use the interrupt pet.
You even have warlocks who do great runs in mythi+ like Sjele in this +26 siege of boralus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEnfGeTxZ5I
