Warlock DoTs crit?

Do they? I’ve never seen any of mine proc as a critical hit.

DoTs were not able to crit until later expacs.

I can feel OP’s sadness as they read that DoTs don’t crit. It’s kind of crushing tbh.

Oh no, it’s even better now. I can stop stacking int.

Does agility increase wanding damage tho?

Why would you stop getting int…

3/10. You can do better.

It gives no damage whatsoever, maybe because of that?

1/10 if you need to message more than the reply it’s a bad troll.

I’m confused.

Now that I can believe.

Duration effects being unable to crit isn’t really a downside because they use 100% SP. Direct effects do not use all SP unless they are 3.5s cast or longer. 1.5s or faster actually use 20%, which is a pitiful amount. So your curse of agony uses your entire SP stack. Your deathcoil or shadowburn is only using 20%. Shadowbolt at 3s uses 85%, which is most of it, but still behind fireball. Fireball is the perfect nuke because it lands right on 3.5. Anything past 3.5 is excessive because spells do not go over 100%.

As far as wands go, AGI makes you crit more. None of your stats increase the DPS, but if you crit more shots, obviously you do more damage.

Wait, if I talent into corruption cast speed do I lose damage?

Dots are 100%, regardless of how long you took to cast them.

No, but that kind of makes warlocks cool in the sense that they don’t really have to focus on int at all and we don’t really need spirit so it allows us to stack spell power and stamina if we want.

Agility increases your chance to apply a stacking debuff to your target that causes it to take more damage every time you open your bags. Also, it CAN cause your wand hits to crit more based on your fishing skill and how many mageweave bandages you’ve made.

With Lifetap, your health pool doubles as your mana pool.

Stacking stamina seem to be the way to go.

That’s what I did in vanilla anyway.

They aren’t supposed to in this iteration of WoW.

I dunno, getting to cast more shadowbolts sure sounds like doing more damage.

Yeah, fun stuff.

I feel like I do more by wanding.
