Warlock class hall quest giver Missing

Good morning,

Decided that since we are at the end of Dragonflight I would go back and start working towards getting all the class mounts from the class halls in Legion. Here is where the issue showed up.

I accepted the quest for Legion on the Hero’s board (whatever is it called) in SW. Skipped the scenario because I have done it 1,000 times, arrived in Dalaran, and Ritssyn Flamescowl is no where to be found. He does not show up in Dalaran , nor is he in the underbelly.

According to the command : /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44184)) (Quest name “In the blink of an eye”) Which should be Witness Dalaran teleportation quest, I have completed this, also, I have the Dalaran heartstone, and can readily teleport to the Legion version of Dalaran.

According to the command: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(40716)) (Quest name “The sixth”) Which should be the start of the class hall campaign, I have not completed this.
I cannot change Chromie time because I am at max level and there is not option to change when speaking to her.
I have disabled all addons, tried logging on and off, reloaded, checked with BTW quests, not sure whatelse to do at this point.

Having the same issue on my Warlock, replying to hopefully find out if someone has a solution somewhere

Does taking the skip open the portal in underbelly? , the only thing i can come up with, unless skipping to dalaran somehow overwrote getting the legacy weapon?

I’m stuck here too, Ritssyn never shows up. Has anyone figured out how to get this working?

Do you guys have this quest in your log? It’s automatically given to all characters when at level 70, it’s the set up quest for The War Within.

It’s had known phasing issues in Dalaran where Class Hall (and other misc quests there) won’t work properly.

Try completing that if you have it. As far as I’m aware you only need to do the first few that actually involve Dalaran. Just deleting the quest won’t work, it will just pop back up again.
