How about instead of Darkspear Trolls, lets trade Worgen for them instead. No particular reason, just throwing it out there.

Instead of trading, I would like to see a lizard man race of some sort that is playable in WoW. Lizard men in general are my favorite fantasy race, and in my opinion, WoW could use a playable lizard man race.

You can, but they are added only after Anduin ascends to God-hood after eating a Naruu, beating up a Void God, and shattering the known Universe.
He then, in a fit of divine mercy for all the lives lost recreates the Universe as a series of realms, each embodying a specific aspect of the Universal forces, with the prime Light/Divine realm inhabited by his recreated Human Peoples.
