I’m now level 35 and still using the Warglaives you get when you start a new character - iLevel 6. No quest rewards during Chromie time give warglaives and no drops. What’s the deal?
Unless you are doing legion and post legion areas, (bfa, SL, etc.) you aren’t going to see any warglaive at all period.
Even then they aren’t as common as swords and such.
Just for the sake of clarification, you don’t have to use exclusively warglaives. Demon Hunters can also use swords and axes.

You can upgrade the legion warglaives ilvl by using the artifacts you get while leveling, i think they will top out at 352 or so
I don’t think the game wants me to have upgraded warglaives. I went to Chromie and selected a new timeline. I was in Outland, so I swtched to Legion, knowing you get warglaives right away. The quest starter is called Legion: Onward to Adventure in the Broken Isles. But the quest text says to take the portal in Stormwind to Valdrakken! And the portal to Aszuna isn’t clickable.
Try checking the adventure board for a legion option, the quest seems to be bugged.
I think blizzard should make Warglaive heirlooms. And should go back and put Warglaives in the loot for all areas of leveling and all expansions.
