Warfronts should be able to be qued solo and left permanently on with no rotation

Do you really want to do all that gathering alone?

I definitely think they should allow people to buy the transmogs with war resources.

So glad I got all the elite sets when this was current content, really makes it neat that it takes a bit of effort to get them now so they remain rarer.

Forgot about that, and might have to put more thougt into it, but my initial thoughts would be rotate the open world, because the instanced warfront is independent. Not sure, but arent most of the open world rares the same? Im sure it would be fine to make a lore accurate version with the horde side destroyed and just add those rares somewhere else

The outdoor zones can continue to rotate as they do. Most of the stuff people wanna do there has a weekly lockout anyway. But the instanced versions, itā€™d be nice if they were ā€˜nerfedā€™ to be more soloable or at least allow solo entry, even for heroic.

Could probably solo them, just really hard to find 10 people to do it

Yeah, I was kinda on break from WoW for a lot of the period when warfronts were most active, so I donā€™t have a lot of experience with them to know whether or not theyā€™re mechanically doable solo. I have no doubt that death would be essentially impossible, Iā€™m just not sure if thereā€™s anything like needing to be in two places at once or something. :sweat_smile:

that was honestly my first thought. They would have to significantly lower the required iron/wood or it would be a pain. Im lucky I got my pieces, so no need to do it again. But I definitely would not want to do all that gathering only to get something I didnt want/need.

They definitely need to make adjustments to these so that players can farm the transmogs solo. The sets that come from the warfronts are pretty awesome, and I would love to see others enjoy them as well.

Keep the rotation, nerf it where it can be soloable.

so annoying i just need the helm from heroic i dont want to find 9 more ppl when everything gets 1 tapped

Maybe take away the contribution phase. I donā€™t remember, other than rep was there any benefit to it?

EDIT: Misread/Misremembered. Aye, I think the contribute phase is just rep now.

But yeah. Itā€™s been years. The sets remain coveted but the means to obtain them remain obstructed by numbers and timing. One would have better luck herding cats than rustling up the minimum requisite to queue for a basic warfront queue.

There needs to be a path fix. Either make them purchasable via War Resources or make the original intended path open to solo.

As far as the ā€œgatherā€ phaseā€¦ why not have some of the NPCs help like the RTS this was based upon? Send out the Peasants/Grunts!
