Are people still doing Warfronts enough to have a reasonable queue time for them and if people aren’t doing them anymore is there a way for us to obtain the appearances that were from the quest reward after completing the warfront? I used to run pretty much every chance I got on two plate characters to get the shoulders from Stromgarde and I never got them and would still like them.
Why aren’t these pieces obtainable through honor now after all this time? If they are, please correct me but I am pretty sure they are not.

They are available through honor
On Alliance side, people are still doing them, normal and heroic, and queue times aren’t long for normal. Of course, Horde side may be very different.

What vendor? I am not talking about the pieces that are from winning the warfront itself. I am talking about the pieces you got from turning in the quest for winning the warfront which was only available once per warfront cycle until they added the Heroic mode version as well.

Horde should have shorter queues than Alliance since Warfronts is entirely based on number of people queueing without specific role requirements. That being said, I haven’t bothered to check since I have every transmog from both.

Queued for normal Darkshore this morning, 1hr 35mins later I gave up. Never was this bad, about a month or two ago the queues were usually 15 20 mins… I don’t know what changed.
Yeah that is ridiculous. I don’t see why Blizzard doesn’t just make them available through honor for the people who got screwed by the RNG circus that was BFA.
At this point they should let folks buy them with the medallion currency you got, or get from doing the faction assaults, and warfronts imo. Rng played in my favor with the mail, and plates sets. Got those sets in just a couple of months. Cloth set still need the shoulders, or maybe the helm from Darkshore warfront.

The same thing that happens every two years. People concentrate on the new content/expansion. The only people who are bothering with warfronts at this point, are like you, just trying to finish up a mog. Guessing most folks have the warfront armors already, and have no reason to to run them anymore.
There’s also some like myself who gave up fighting the RNG for the pieces I am missing before BfA was even over. I’m not going to keep wasting my time beating my head against a wall just for the RNG to keep flipping me the bird. Those mogs should have been buyable with the medallion currency from the get go.

Yeah, there are still groups running these on heroic. I’ve run at least one more after getting the last of my Stromgarde mog, just cuz 1) I know folks are grinding these like fiends (I was) and 2) it’s easy and pretty relaxing.
GL to your mog, Gore! I do wish they allowed the purchasing of them after some reputation level with 7th Legion or Honorbound and via service commendations/medals.
