So with the expansion around the corner, or some would believe. And with all the clues given that Illidan may be back according to the storyline with the Dreadlords from the Covenant, Is it possible that we can get Wardens as a playable Class, since that would possibly entail another Burning Legion type expansion? We have seen countless races added, along with allied races but no new classes. I for one would greatly enjoy a Warden.

Hmmm… as a troll I’ll want this to be a thing if
- At least one warden spec uses glaives
- Trolls gets to be warden on the horde side
- It uses mail….
You know what cancel three there are enough troll themed sets in every armor type idc what armor type they are as long as trolls can be them and they use glaives then I’m in.

I really don’t think that Wardens have enough behind them to make a full class tbh.
But if they’re going to try and stretch out enough for one, at least one spec needs to be ranged. We need another ranged physical dps badly. 36 specs in the game and only two use bows or guns lol

Well the part where the dreadlords you fight says “Ah another one of Illidans Lackeys” Could imply that they know Illidan still has a part to play in all of it?

Not a single clue, but yet in the covenant questline they speak of Illidan. Or do you all skip the quest dialogue?

The last time we saw dreadlords, we were working with Illidan. For all they knew, we were working for him. Same goes to Kael and Vashj since they actually worked for him.
It’s no different than Vashj making reference to Kael’s exploits with the blood elves in Outland when she first sees him after all the time that has passed. Not a clue to his return in the least.

True, it’s farfetched and silly as to think people can be actual human beings and have a reasonable discussion about something that excites them, without someone posting and belittling the things they post.
Don’t get me wrong, they have to do something with what’s left of the Legion. And if they don’t have a storyline to add more DHs like they added more DKs, the players around here may flip their collective poo.
But the issue is that there’s no actual connection right now and you made it sound like there’s a very blatant one.

Anyways, i’m done. Looking forward to the next forum post i make so you can come in and prove it wrong too, this makes twice now, third time has to be a charm! 
I can see that possibly as a race locked class for void and blood elves.
Just get a toy I think that CAN turn you into a warden and voila.
Honestly, whatever I guess but I personally don’t see the hype in these sub races but unless they start giving them unique attributes, combat etc, I don’t see it, don’t see the appeal even for some different looking night elf things like the wardens in legion.
Two of Illidan’s old allies reminiscing about Illidan is not “hints of his return”.
Even though Void and Blood Elves weren’t Wardens. And Nightelves were.
