Dear blizzard please let me look exactly like whatever race I want or at the very least let me choose a “clean” face like Wrathion enjoys. don’t get me wrong I like the option for draconic features but I also like the idea of really blending in then KABLAM a dracthyr!

Because that’s what Blizzard does best. They rehash old content and call it new. How many times have you killed Ragnaros? Or Kael’Thas? Or Kel’Thuzad? Or Onyxia and Nefarion?
It’s Blizzard doing what Blizzard does best.
They can traverse time, they don’t live outside of it. They still age at a normal rate and can run out of time.
They have the ability to manipulate time, but that doesn’t mean that they biologically stop ageing. They don’t exist outside of the boundaries of time. Time still flows for them. (Otherwise they would be frozen in time and unable to do anything.)
