I’ve made multiple tickets and GMs seem unwilling or unable to help me.
After the hotfixes, I am still not being awarded the Warcraft Rumble: Sneed toy. Instead all my characters just receive 2 foils and nothing more.
Yes, I have collected all foils and coins in the world and used them.
Yes, I have double checked the script and in-person locations of the foils and coins.
Yes, I have attempted to try to get the toy by going to Val, SW and Org rumble machines on multiple characters.
What I think happened:
Collected everything on my main pally except Org stuff, used horde alt for that.
Was unable to trade horde collected foils and coin to pally because bug
Used coin and foil on horde character then used coin and foils on pally. Horde character gave the murloc toy and upgraded it twice.
Pally used all coins and foils, did not receive sneed toy, and instead got murloc toy a second time (now deleted after multiple unhelpful tickets - under the [personal] assumption maybe it was somehow blocking account tracking of the sneed toy).
Because I got a duplicate toy, my account having fully used the rumble coins, cannot get anymore as my account is not triggering the “it should have gotten this sneed toy” since it instead gave me a duplicate murloc toy.
I’m at a loss for what I should do, and I am curious and slightly tilted as to why a GM cannot just simply award the coin or toy to me since a quick look at my account would obviously show these issues, especially the specific, I’ve collected and used all coins, and going to the rumble machine gives me 2 foils to upgrade a missing toy, but not awarding me the toy itself.
8 days later, still no feedback of any kind.
No help from multiple GMs via tickets.
“Although I totally understand this issue, I am afraid the only solution would be to report the bug and wait for a fix from our developers. Our developers cannot respond to your messages,”

GM’s telling me to report a bug but in the same sentence say that devs believe the issues have been fixed. Wild.
Not to mention there’s multiple posts for this specific reason, yet no fix 1 week+ later.
So bumping.
I’ll reply in kind to this message saying I’ve done tickets as well and been told it’s a bug we can’t do anything.
I have all the minis (in theory) collected based on their achievements EXCEPT the group collection achievements are still saying I’m missing silver sneed and yet I have the achievement for the gold toy specifically for sneed.
I go to the machine and it just spits out a foil and tries to give me the initial find a rumble coin quest rather than recognizing I already have the toys and GMs will not award me the achievements for having collected the toys or even acknowledge this is an issue.
I’m also missing 1 toy, but have all 7 coins turned in… sad face
Been almost another week since my last bump.
2 weeks now, no fix for the multi-account / cross faction bug of not rewarding coins and toys properly.
Still missing my 5 achievements and 1 toy for a ‘free’ event that was suppose to be a fun lil promo for warcraft rumble.
only word from GM is saying they’ve fixed the issues and they cant do anything else.

I also have the same problem. I collected all the coins and foils and ran all the appropriate macros just to make sure, but I am missing a coin to collect the last toy (The Huntress). I have opened up tickets but got nowhere. Clicking on the machine doesn’t help either.
I got Sneed today (just a few moments ago) and it’s not showing up in the toy box. I guess I’ll submit a ticket. Upgraded his look as well today

Hi Raddy, I’m over in the bug forum too, your issues is almost identical to mine as well. Ive been told by a ticket-GM, they are aware of this and are working on it. Hopefully soon it will be fixed.
20 days later, I don’t recall any forum post update, and I haven’t gotten a DM, but this has now been fixed for my account.
I was able to now just complete my Rumble issue. Don’t know why or how, but i made another new toon on an existing account, she is level 10, went to the machine, clicked twice got two foils and a box. In the box was what i needed. So i am complete now. Good luck to you all, hope this helps someone.
Can confirm what was mentioned. Went back to machine in Valdrakken. Was provided a toy box. Placed it on the ground and received the achievement. Then used my 2 foils and completed all rumble achievements.
