How many of you buy merchandise related to World of Warcraft from the blizzard gear store?

They handed me three tshirts when I went to see the movie, and that’s the full extent of my merch. The store is very overpriced.

I have some shirts. I have 3/4 covenant Pepes, and I have a few of the old old model plush whelplings. Also a decent sized hearthstone pillow.
I wait until they have the big blowout sales where you can get things for next to nothing. I believe I got all my plushes for about five bucks, minus the Revendreth pepe which was a birthday present.

I’ve never bought anything from the Blizzard Store. I did buy a couple of hoodies from Jinx a few years ago. Unfortunately they are no longer in operation.

I went to the renaissance faire last year and some vendor was selling a Frostmourne sword for $300 bucks. Looked like the legit thing too
Came with the box and everything too mount on the wall too
I’d buy stuff there if it was good; there’s not much there or it’s really expensive.
i buy blizzard merch but its not from the blizzard gear store because their merch sucks.

Bought some decent looking baseball caps a few years back from a local gaming store.
Other than that, no.

I don’t care for it. I’d love to buy some of their merch but its way too over priced for me
I bought the gryphon and wyvern plushie when they were on sale and got the in game pets too. But other than that not buying from the gear store. Too overpriced for most things.

I got the Pandaren style Horde and Alliance shirts during MoP. Great shirts, pandaren version of the logos is much cleaner.

There is the one on the store now, but there was another released a good bit in the past which shows up for about $300-$400 when it does show up.
I have bought some things from the gear store. The covenant Pepes, the original Pepe, one of the server blades, other plushies. The books I’ve bought which were on the gear store weren’t bought from there as they were all cheaper to get from other sources.
The thing is, I would love to get the Frostmourne which is on the gear store now. I have the funds. What’s holding me back is the poor packing and shipping I’ve seen from pretty much everything I get from the gear store, no matter who has been in charge. Even my Necrolord Pepe plush arrived damaged. It had been crammed into a box so inappropriately small the brim of the hat has what I am pretty sure are permanent creases in it. I’ve been trying to get them pressed back out, but it’s not looking hopeful.
If they can even manage to damage a PLUSH, I don’t have much faith at all they can ship a sword undamaged. The bottom line is $1700 is FAR FAR TOO EXPENSIVE an item to be near-assured poor shipping, especially knowing that even if the store were willing to exchange a damaged item (they have given me problems in the past), a sword is guaranteed to be a pain in the butt and expensive to ship out on return. Add on to that, they’re not going to ship it any more carefully when they send out a return… It all adds up to: I want to give them my money, but I don’t want the headache.

I’d buy from the store more often if the crap wasn’t so overpriced (looking at you, $1k statues), or actually had much more to offer
