I would love a movie about Arthas and wrath of the lich king. In fact, I kind of wish that Blizzard had just started with a movie about that from the start.

No no no no no. Please. The warcraft movie was complete and utter trash and did a huge disservice to iconic characters like Orgrim in particular.
As long as I and the Paladin order are the main focus.
That is what I was hoping for. Paladin vs. Death Knight10/27/2018 10:01 PMPosted by BlinteAs long as I and the Paladin order are the main focus.
I don't really want to see all the retcons they've done to Warcraft II reach the big screen.
Lothar died to an ambush while discussing peace with the horde.

It made a ton of money in China and basically nowhere else so I could see a sequel being made at some point if they can figure out how to shoehorn a bunch of Chinese action stars into it.

So, that means that they are going to skip right to Mists of Pandaria for the next movie?

I bought the digital version on Amazon, because WoW, and even I don't think it will see a sequel. It took so long to even make the first one.
I hope not, and I REALLY hope that's not the big announcement at blizzcon next weekend.
As long as the movie is CGI just like our cinematics.
While I did like movie, it left a lot to be desired. And although I don’t know much about lore (which may actually prove my point more), it didn’t explain what was going on, why, or how it all came to be.
So I’m on the fence about it

Warcraft grossed $47.4 million in the United States, and $386.3 million in other countries, for a worldwide total of $433.7 million. Given its $113 million net production budget, The Hollywood Reporter reported the film needed to earn at least $450 million to break-even.

I don't think you're going to see a studio green light a $150 - 200 million to do a sequel of a movie that sold $30 million domestic.
Reboot
Murloc spinoff series.
Narrated by David Attenborough.

As long as it's about Blood Elves I don't see why not.
Thats a no from me, Bob.
Why?
As long as Guillermo del Toro has control on how the movie will be made sure why not?
I think Guillermo del Toro did very well in Hobbit 1, Pacific Rim 1, and TV series the Strain.
I think with him helming it a new warcraft movie might fare better in the Theaters for those whom do not know what warcraft is all about.
