Warcraft has an elf and human problem

As you may or may not know humans make up more than half of the alliance while blood elves make up more than half of the horde. I say it is high time we fix it.

How to reduce their populations:

Step 1. Remove all racial abilities from all instanced content.

Step 2. Nerf the humans +10% reputation racial and give them a mirror of the goblin racial to give them a discount on repairs and such.

Step 3. Make all elves as ugly as the nightborne player race. Man those guys look weird.

Hopefully after these changes we will see some actual diversity in WoW.

Am I seriously the only one who likes how the Nightborne look?

That’s a good joke. But no, people shouldn’t be punished for playing races they enjoy. I know “Mah true horde” people complain all the time, and so do various Alliance races, but honestly this is ridiculous.

The people that get upset enough about what others people play always baffle me to no end. Like, let them enjoy it. I don’t insult people who play orcs because I don’t.

Also, obligatory: “You’re posting on an elf, nice try” comment.

Last I checked, Humans and Worgen combined only make up about 41% of Alliance toons.

Only if they remove Belves from the game completely.

Post this on your orc warrior.

I do wish there were more large Tauren men and hunky straight-backed Orcs running around…

Tell you what. The second Blizzard makes a Half human/elven race then I’ll admit we have an Elf problem.

Arator as the racial leader, with them as an Allied race for the Alliance?

Man, the High Elf crowd would go nuts.

Good news, the Forsaken have the solution! If you’ll just let us deploy these plag- UHM… “Happiness Canisters” in strategic locations around Azeroth, we’ll solve this whole elf problem in no time! And a whole lot more, besides… heh heh… ahahah… HAHAAH! MUAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!

that doesn’t sound sinister at all

There was a debate awhile back involving that. Even calling Arator the “True child of Light and Shadow” since he’s literally the child of Light and Shadow (Turalyon-Lightforged Alleria-Void infused)

The solution is to make armor not look like garbage on non-human/elf races.

Armour looks so bad on Darkspear Trolls :frowning:

Idk man… You sure that you tested those “happy canisters” to be safe?

If you want me to play something that’s not human give me a non-purple race whose males look good as casters. Right now the only options that meet that criteria are gnomes and kinda humans, and while I love my gnomies, I can’t see playing a mage as one, which leaves me with humans.

Why not? Gnome mages are pretty Iconic I think.

They are, but ironically my gnomes tend toward melee. To me taller races look better in cloth.
