Playing since 2006 and never had this issue. Whenever I am logged into warcraft and I open any other program (chrome/edge, excel), warcraft freezes until I shut the other program. I updated my graphics card, updated my addons to most current versions, did the warcraft scan/repair, checked for viruses, made sure my optimizations were up to date. I have a decent gaming computer so that is not the problem.
I would appreciate any help from anyone who has experienced this and cured it.

The reason it is freezing is a live kernel event. 141 is generally a Video card driver crash. I would try using DDU then installing a older Nvidia driver the one you have there are a lot of reported issues with it and wow.
