How are people posting on the forums confused that the season will eventually end. It’s like SoM never happend.
They literally talked about “new content” coming in Phase 7 with two relative video hints. Then people come here and post about nothing new and that it’s abandoned… I mean lol?
new instances… not raid… INSTANCES… isnt considerated content for many of us. we all new sod was gonna die since it’s seasonal but many thought there would actually be new good content to do at end game
bring SoD to tbc or make content past naxx

For me personally that just not enough. I like it when they actually say what content they are going to be bringing so we can hold them accountable on expectations.
Dont forget. Overwatch 2 was made for the brand new PVE content! … look how well that went. And yea it looks like its happening to SOD.
All these clowns that thought Classic+ was coming. ROFL
They are stalling and Classic+ the way you want it is going to take time. Like a lot of time. Like 5 years. Otherwise it will be half done and you will all cry about it. The best thing blizzard can do is ignore the haters and do a quality release when its ready.

Are people really going to quit SoD just to go play inferior versions of MC, Ony, BWL, and ZG with inferior versions of the classes/specs for the next 8-9 months? After you all just got done playing those raids to death for the last 4-5 months straight?
I mean… I’m probably going to quit SoD just because PvP content is running out and there doesn’t seem to be anything new coming down the pipeline for PvPers, but the above scenario sounds absolutely insane to me.

Yeah and once we’re all Rank 14 in 3 weeks of 400k honor, whats the point anymore? They’re apparently bringing back Blood Moon in Phase 6, rather than making a dedicated Silithus WPvP event. And I highly doubt they’ll do anything so creative as adding a Rank 15 or new set of PvP gear in Phase 7, so once I hit Rank 14… I don’t see any point in continuing SoD for me personally.
But I certainly ain’t about to hop over to Fresh Classic and do all of that stuff again lol. No thank you. Scratched my itch back in 2019.
buddy thats a dungeon. You already have better gear than that after doing 1 ZG or MC. we have been asking for RAIDS for a reason my bro. the best these can give you is trinkets.
I havnt touched demon fall canyon since i got the trinkets ive wanted. Which took a few hours
How would you know since they are instances that never previously existed… but who knows maybe it’s not better.

Watching that video for the first time and getting to the part where they get to SoD’s new content… and it’s literally 2 seconds. I suddenly understand all the doomerism going on in the forums.
I’m not talking about DFC. How do you know you have better gear than the one dropping from a content we know nothing about yet ?
thats also not new pvp content either. It was the same in orginal classic AND its just going to die as soon as the event is over. so mabey a week or two worth of pvp content

DFC (demon fall canyon) is a new dungeon to SOD/ Vanilla. Is that right? or wrong?
okay cool so we can assume it will have some of the same design philosophies that DFC had. its pretty safe to say we can set our expectations to be somewhat similiar to what we where given with DFC… right?

I think that’s why SOM never really took off, people just played that game. I don’t know if the same thing will happen to Fresh Era since it has a decent amount of hardcore fans, but it wouldn’t surprise me if its number are nowhere near 2019.
