I clicked Chromie, selected Cataclysm. Sent to Command Board. Clicked it and selected Warchief Command: Blasted Lands. Made my way to Blasted Lands via Zeppelin to StV to Duskwood to Deadwind Pass to Swamp to Blasted Lands. (pant pant only level 20 so quite a trek). Fought my way through a gazillion mobs. Standing on the ? but no Okrilla to turn in quest. Any help would be appreciated.
You’re likely in the wrong version of the Blasted Lands. Go have a chat with Zidormi toward the top of the zone and you should be able to find it afterwards.
