Warbound Veteran of the Alliance - NO MOUNT

Hello,

I have just completed the Warbound Veteran of the Alliance achievement.

The achievement states, “Reward: Epic Warhorse and Warbound Title”.

I was not given an “Epic Warhorse” as stated, I was given a vicious saddle. For 300 RBG’s Dev’s are giving a vicious saddle???

I have collected all of the mounts that require a vicious saddle to purchase already.

There isn’t even a mount purchasable named “Epic Warhorse”

What a disgrace. I feel like I’ve been played 300 rbgs wins for a vicious saddle. Absolutely disgusted. As a mount collector, this was supposed to be a cool one.

Thanks for a waste of time, Devs.

if youve already got all the vicious mounts from the vendor, yea you would get a saddle as the horse is on the vendor

hi i got the same problem today with the achievement, didnt get the epic warhorse only the title .

Hey same. Awarded Warbound Veteran of the Alliance, but was not given the warhorse. DID get the title, though.

Glad to see I’m not alone! Hopefully this gets fixed in the next month lol, I suppose they have their hands full today.

Going to submit a ticket for this now.

Edit: just kidding, submitting a ticket right now is completely broken.

Have had a ticket in for a few days now.

This is my FIFTH time coming back to reopen the ticket after they’ve tried time and again to get me to mark it as resolved, without actually rewarding the mount.

They’ve told me I need to put in a bug report (which I did), they told me I won’t get the achievement via character transfer (which I DID NOT do by any means, and has nothing to do with this bleeding ticket), and they also pompously informed me they cannot give previous season’s vicious mounts out for no reason (which I was NOT asking for). I have several vicious mounts, I just want the reward from the achievement. NOTHING MORE.

At this point I’m absolutely certain they are not even reading the tickets.

Beyond frustrated and the lack of response is insane to me, not to mention this thread was moved to the Achievements forum, and out of Bug Reports. It’ll never be fixed now.

What a shame… Maybe in TWW s1 enough people will complain that they do something about it. They sure were quick to fix the prepatch event, makes you feel valued as a pvper, right?
