Twice now I have purchased the Warbound Purifying Kit for the horrific visions revisited, and twice now I did a 5 mask run after purchasing and using the book and the gear item I received was still soulbound instead of the expected warbound. The first time I purchased and used the book it was still purchasable from Rytherr after I used it, the second time it is no longer available from the vendor. That is 2k mementos down the drain for nothing.
