Can warbound items be transfered by normal mail since the war bank is not working ?

For example can I use the new currency to buy items for an alt and transfer it ?

What’s not working for you? Mine is working just fine, outside of the unique item bug.

Yes and you can also transfer the currency to other characters who have some of the currency already.

I believe any of the gear is soulbound when you purchase it.

Thanks, my addon didn’t show the war bank so I thought it was still disable. Turn out my addon was the problem
