I have two accounts under the same battle.net account. I understood that they would share the warband feature, but when I log in today I see they have two separate warbands.
Was my understanding wrong or is something not working properly?

I have 3 accounts that are linked ( same achieves , pets . mogs and mounts ) and i was thinking the same thing as the warband feature would be shared but it is not what gives ?
That was my understanding too but I’m in the same boat. That was a big selling point for me, hopefully it’s just a bug.
bait and switch
Me as well - 2 game accounts, 1 BNet = 2 warbands and annoyance. [highfours Kanekealikoa]
Same here, it’s definitely not sharing.
I think part of it is disabled at the moment. It’s also possible that with the sheer number of people interacting with the feature that something broke.
I’ll join the club. One Battlenet account, and two active WoW accounts. I expected them to ALL be available on login to either WoW account… no joy.
Which part are you thinking is not in warband?
They share currency/reps and stuff, but each character still belong to one account.
The warband bank will only be visible from the first account you log in with.
By ‘separate warbands’ do you mean the little camp on the log-in screen, or are your multiple accounts not able to share currency and DF reputations?
They share most of the account wide features. They do not share the login screen. And since you can log in multiple accounts at once, only the account logged in first can access the Warband Bank (if it is ever enabled).
At least that is how I read the overview.
ok thanks, I guess I misunderstood what the functionality would be. I thought I’d be able to combine my four most played character into the warband login screen
but if they share currencies, reps, mogs and the warbank, I guess it doesn’t matter which screen they show up on.
thanks everyone!
should be an easy fix…
once they get around to it…
fury warrior feels good/ret paladin feels good/s-hunter feels good.
from someone who plays most dps classes and specs…imho…
the rest is trash.
I was able to transfer currency between different WoW accounts on the same Battle.net account. The DF renown is also shared.
They’ve disabled character transfers between WoW accounts on the same B-Net account - I’m assuming this has something to do with it. That would not be intentional, I assume, so it looks as though the intention is to make sure the bank does work across the whole B-Net account, and not just one license.
I got an answer elsewhere: There’s an exception.
Look here: Warband questions - #8 by Vrakthris
(Sorelai had it summed up as well.)
thank you!
Just want to ask another question related to this. What about if I have two accounts, and transfer a character from one to another. Will the Warband reputation follow over to that account?
I would think so, but I don’t know for certain, you’re best off asking this one in the customer service forum I think
Can someone explain what’s the purpose of having multiple accounts on the same bnet?
