Will Warbands include account wide Dungeon Ports and Titles, if anyone knows? I don’t remember hearing anything about those two things today.

Theyve said that anything tied to character specific feats wont be account wide.
So things like gladiator are still character specific (this example was the one they gave)
So i would imagine portals are not account wide
