I used the search feature, and this is the only topic. So, I was just asking a question. Sorry, I’ll just not ask anymore since people can’t even bother to check while they are next to the bank to let me know if it’s me or widespread.
Mine seems to be working fine.

It could also be a bug that doesn’t affect everyone. Hard to say. We do know that the Warbank has some bugs. This could be another.
That’s quite some hostility towards someone that wasn’t even replying to you. I was just commenting since it’s a blue post this thread could still cause some confusion and a moderator could lock the thread to prevent that.
I still haven’t even tried to use my Warband bank. Not once.
I feel like if I use it all my Characters will be sucked into the Void or something.
I didn’t need it before. I can wait for a few bug fixes before I start moving my stuff in.
The Warband Bank works in in general, but there a still a number bugs to be noted. Most of these bugs can be worked around:
- War bound items that are refundable by a vendor can’t be added to the warband bank right now (however they can still be mailed).
- War bound quest items (such as the essences for the heirloom ring) which have the unique() affix, can’t be accessed in the warband bank if a character has an excess number of these items. Deleting the excess number of items fixes that.
- Right clicking items stores them always in the topmost tab with free slots instead of the current tab. Drap and drop items to work around this issue.
- There are still issues at accessing gold in the warband bank. Avoid storing gold there until a fix is available.

I have about 10k on one server and considerably more on another. Been waiting for the chance to move gold with Warbands… I am not in a hurry, though.
I can wait a little longer, until the horror stories subside.

It’s my fault. I used the search feature, and this is the topic that came up and instead of starting a new topic which people scream about using the search feature instead of making multiple topics. I asked if it was an issue for anyone else because when I asked in game on Area-52; not a single person near the bank (I asked politely) would check and let me know if it was happening to them.
I posted here and then I proceeded to check all my characters and none of them (24 retail) but the very last character could access the warband bank. I was able to finally access the bank, and it was the only character of mine that was standing next to the bank. So, some glitch maybe caused the issue as I was using the bank on that character within the previous time frame that I was not able to use the bank.
Bug or glitch, it was my last character to check and only 1 near the bank. Can I duplicate the problem, maybe, do I want to try, no. Do people get overly excited and go on the offense, appears so.
This is still an issue as of 8/19.
It will be an issue for early access and launch.
Just watch.

I’ve been using mine with no issue since they came online July 30th.

The warband banking system, IS STILL NOT working. For me, I have 5 accounts, but only ONE account can use the Warband bank. If I want to access the Warband Bank on another account, I first have to completely log out of the game, delete my cache file from the main WoW folder, reboot, and then cross my fingers that it works. Blizzard has known about these issues for a while, and although I understand that these things can be complicated and take time, that’s NOT THE PROBLEM… The problem, is that Blizzard hasn’t said anything about it AT ALL to keep us up to date. Communication not Blizz’s strong suit. Come on guys…WHAT IS THE DEAL with the Warband Banking? Just tell us, PLEASE?
