Not in that detail, but I sure as hell dont ignore them. A simple “XYZ is still down and we are working on it” does not take a lot of time. We even have a ticket system for it.
Them doing daily updates about “still down, trying to resolve” wouldn’t get people cheering them for their communications.
If anything it would just further enrage people who otherwise wouldn’t have come into the thread except they saw a new blue post on wowhead.

The warbank is a minor feature of the warband system. Yes it’s annoying that it’s down, but some of you need to dial back your outrage to more manageable levels.
