Currently unable to benefit from the upgrades made on my Shaman, Crooklion on Emerald Dream, with my Evoker, Crookllyn on Emerald Dream. My Shaman already has 580 weapons and my other characters show a discount when trying to upgrade past 571 to 580. However my Evoker is full price past 571 and says I do not have anyone in my warband with an item that high already.
