Warband map to everywhere all at once

When you first log on you get a new message you have learnt a new spell ‘warband map to everywhere all at once’.

Previously this was a toy (I had on my action bar). The toy no longer works.

To find the new spell it is in the general tab of the spellbook under ‘Warbands’

How long does it stay active? I assume you have to use it every time you log in.

p sure that toy got me banned, i used on like 10+ toons back in slands
sik year old necro too my magi respect.

Those toy’s were expensive as hell. 10k per expansion area.

Can yo buy them cheap for toy count achievements now?
