am not able to open the warband bank because it keep telling me that it in use by another member of my warband

Same here and it needs to be fixed. I thought for sure they were gonna fix it since they had another maintenance, guess not.
Ok, at least we know it’s not broken.
Well, technically, it is broken. In some unspecified way. Which is why it’s disabled.
But true, the behavior players are seeing isn’t the “broken” part (which I would presume is worse than “intentionally disabled”).
