I have 2 accounts. My son plays one of the accounts. Usually we can play together at the same time. Currently the account he plays, has it’s own warband. And I have my own warband. But we found out that the Warband Bank is shared between both accounts. When he is on his account, I cannot access the Warband bank. I get the message that says. “The bank is being used by another member of your Warband.” Which is not the case on my account I am playing.
Only the first account logged in can use the bank, but, I have noticed that it can take a while between when one account uses til the next one can.

In my experience the only way for the second account to use the warband bank is for both account to log out and for the second account to log back in first. Whoever logs in first has access, and even if they log out, you also need to log out and back in for it to register that the warbank can now be used.
Add to that the frustration of not being able to use the reagents in there to do crafting order and it makes for a rather terrible experience, more frustration than just mailing reagents around.
