I haven’t kept up with anything this xpac, got my evoker to 70 and now im a little lost on alts. What does it mean when the quest says warband has already completed the quest? Does this mean I can skip ahead somehow or is it just some flavor text? Thanks.
It doesn’t really mean anything beyond that you’ve done it before on another character. If it’s needed to progress, you’ll still need to do it on each character.

I would assume that any quest that awards points in a warband reputation will only do so once per warband (unless it’s something like a world quest that’s intentionally repeatable). I can’t think of any other practical reason for that warning.
